Siti (Nungky Agiyani) is a nurse who'd tirelessly work for hours on end. Upon her scheduled return to her village, she is confronted by domestic problems within her family (Ibnu Rachman Jaya, Nadya Khalifa Prastawa), and an ignorant, corrupt village head (Ariyo Bimmo) which insists on doing the annual fireworks ceremony.

Siti, with the help of her friend Ningsih (Ayu Fajar Kirani) as the only remaining doctor in the village, tries to protect their home, without realizing that she may have been exposed to the virus herself.
